Buy In: Both Partners complete 50 Double Unders

Then: Partner A works, while Partner B holds position. Switch when reps complete. Move on to next movement when both partners have completed all prescribed reps.

Partner A: 25 Wallballs

Partner B: Hold bottom of squat

Partner A: 25 Burpees

Partner B: Hold hollow rock

Partner A: 35 Russian swings

Partner B: Hang from pull-up bar

Partner A: Sled push + parking lot sprint relay

Partner B: Holds plank
