WOD 1 – 6 minutes to complete 3 rounds of:

  • 12 x Thrusters

  • 40 x Double-Unders

2 minutes rest

WOD 2 – 3 rounds of:

  • 16 x Push-Ups

  • 24 x KB Swings

  • 1 x Parking Lot Sprint
