WOD: "Wilson!!!" Saturday 4/11/15
As we close up the week-of-no-burpees, we've decided that we all need a little fresh air. Time to get friendly with those medballs!
Partner A completes parking lot sprint while carrying a medball.
While Partner A runs, Partner B completes AMRAP of the following complex:
- 5 x hang cleans
- 5 x front squats
- 5 x shoulder to overhead
- 25 x double unders
Partners switch roles when A is finished sprint.
