WOD: Wednesday 4/1

Strength/Skill work:

- Pull ups: 6 x 8

- Ring Dips: 6 x 6

WOD: "Climbing Burpee ladder of DOOM!"

EMOM for 20 mins

- 2x Squat Clean and Thrusters

- 3 x Burpees (increase by 3 reps each following minute)

Increasing Burpees by 3 reps each minute. If athlete fails to complete reps, skip a round and start back over at previous round.
