WOD: Saturday 3/28/15

30 Minute Partner AMRAP

- 3 x Power Cleans

- 5 x Handstand Push Ups

- 7 x Box Jumps

- 9 x Abmat Sit-ups

Each Partner must complete one round of the above AMRAP before switching. While one partner works, the other must hold their pet rock (kettlebell) without letting it touch the ground.

If the kettlebell does touch the ground at any point during the workout, both partners must stop and complete 5 no push-up burpees!
