Strength:

  • 6 Rounds of 1 x Clean Pull, 1 x Hang Squat Clean, 2 x Push Jerk

WOD:

18 Minute Clock:

  • Row 1500m

Rest 2 Minutes off of rower, then with the remaining time complete AMRAP:

  • 1 round of kettle bell complex (6 single arm swings on each arm, 12 russian KB swings, and 12 full swings)

  • 15 x Sit-ups Wall Balls

  • 2 x Shuttle sprints
