Strength:

  • 5 Rounds of bench press x5 reps + 5 x ring rows with 5s hold at the top (Last row must be held as long as possible).

WOD:

  • 12 minute AMRAP of:

  1. 10 x Burpees

  2. 25 x Double Unders

Cash Out:

  • 3 rounds of 15 x Hip Extentions and 15 x sit-ups or GHD sit-ups
